![]() Uninstall all ScanSnap SOFTWARE from my MacBookPro using AppCleaner app, to really wipe all parts of it. Somehow my post will not be copied as a link, so this is the text: So if it was connected to another one - or the same one with another OS ? - before, it may have trouble to connect to your Mac under the updated OS. ![]() And not that the scanner can only work with one computer at any time. The key after you got the scanner working is to set up profiles in ScanSnapHome to scan directly into EN. Probably you can skip some since your initial setting is different. ![]()
